Our Assorted Biscuit Tin is a stash of Bandit Bakehouse favourites, perfect for gifting, indulging, or hiding from the rest of the household.
Inside you’ll find crowd favourites like our rich Chocolate, Malt & Hazelnut shortbread made with real Valrhona 52% Dark Couverture, and our fragrant French Earl Grey with its soft citrus and floral tea notes.
But the bandits couldn’t resist sneaking in a few exclusives: a warmly spiced Gingerbread dipped in Valrhona Dulcey 35% Blond Chocolate, and a Double Matcha shortbread coated in matcha-infused Valrhona Ivoire 35% White Chocolate. Consider it Muscovado’s way of adding a little elegance, and Oatis’ way of proving he’s matcha more sophisticated than he looks.
Only 100 tins have been made for 2025, each one packed with care. Once they’re gone, the bandits move on to their next heist, so claim your treasure while they last.

Almond & Cinnamon:
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk), Almond (22%), Sugar, Egg, Cinnamon (0.5%).
French Earl Grey:
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter (Milk), Sugar, Egg, French Earl Grey Tea (1.6%) [Ceylon Black Tea (Camellia Sinensis), Rose (Rosa Centifolia), Cornflower (Centaurea Cyanus), Bergamot Essential Oil.], Salt.
Chocolate, Malt & Hazelnut:
